- Use the email address that your Pinpoint account is using
- Do not close the password recovery page
- You will be sent a code via email
- Add the code to the recovery page and choose a new password
- Sign in to your account
- If you do not receive a code, please check your junk or spam folder.
- If you have used an email address that your Pinpoint account is not using, you will not receive a code
- If you are unsure which email address your account is using email pinpoint@devon.gov.uk

Periodically we remove user accounts that do not have listing(s) associated with them to comply with GDPR regulations that say we must not keep your personal information longer than is necessary. If you find that you can’t sign in because your account has been removed and wish to add a new listing to Pinpoint, you are welcome to create a new account using the same email address. Our system will tell you if your email address is already being used by an account and you can follow the password reset process.
